While we aren’t aware of any consistent delays to delivery times caused by Chain Supply or COVID, the situation on the ground changes daily and minor delays to your shipment are possible.

Due to the impact of Supply Chain Issues and COVID-19 on shipping carriers, your tracking information may be a little slower to update, and your order may take longer than usual to be delivered (even if it ships on time). Thanks for your patience and understanding.  

 

Each year, US-based shipping carriers apply a temporary shipping surcharge to manage workload during the holiday season. This year, due to inflation, we’ve decided to apply this peak-season surcharge to all orders to the US. 
 
What it means for you:
 
From Oct 3 to Jan 22, a $0.25 or $0.50 surcharge will be added to all orders with the destination address in the US.
